Shipping Policy

Processing Time: 2-3 business days.

Shipping Time:

• Express Shipping: 7-15 business days.
• Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days.

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Delivery will take between 7-20 business days depending on the shipping provider and destination. Please note that delays may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or due to transportation issues with the carrier service.

Shipping Rates:

• A flat shipping fee of $6.95 USD applies to each order.
• For orders containing 2 or more items, an additional charge of $1.95 USD per item will be added.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order at www.17track.net.

Shipping Destinations: We ship worldwide. However, if your country is not supported by our logistics network, we will notify you promptly and adjust your order as needed. For more details on shipping destinations, please contact us at support@lacynighty.com.

Changing the Shipping Address: Address changes are only accepted until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. Please contact support@lacynighty.com to request changes.

Delivering to a Different Address: We offer delivery to an address different from the billing address.

Order Shipping Process: Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday.
