OUR PRODUCTS
What kind of leather do you use?
We use only high-quality real Italian leather.
How will my package from LacyNighty look like?
All packages from LacyNighty are packed into a discreet outer box that has only your shipping address on it. This box contains a red branded LacyNighty box with your order inside.
How do I know which size to order?
The LacyNighty Team works extra hard to help you with size and fit concerns:
  • Size Guides: In our Size Guides article, we give advice on what to look out for when you are searching for the perfect fit.
  • Personal Fitting Session: You can easily schedule a Personal Fitting Session with our Customer Support Team for personalized sizing and fit advice.

SHIPPING
Do you ship worldwide?
Absolutely! However, due to difficulties with shipping services, we don’t deliver to some countries. Check our Shipping Policy for more details.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on your location. You can find an indication of the shipping times on our Shipping Policy page. You will receive a tracking link in your delivery confirmation email.
When will my order ship?
We usually need up to 2 business days to pack your order and hand it over to the courier. Please note that tracking information may take at least 1 business day to update once the order is dispatched. Our warehouses operate Monday through Friday.
How Do I Track My Order?
If your order has been shipped using a trackable service, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to follow its progress. If you have trouble tracking your parcel, please refer to our tracking support page.
Note: Tracking shipments to Canada can sometimes be challenging due to issues with the Canadian Postal Services.
Will I be charged customs and import charges?
Shipping to the United States:
  • Shipping within the US is free of sales tax.
  • No additional import duties or taxes are applied, although local taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
International Shipping:
  • Orders shipped outside the US may incur import duties or taxes, which are not included in the order total.
  • The customer is responsible for any additional local taxes or customs duties required to release the package from customs.
  • Once the order is shipped, all duties and taxes become non-refundable, even if you return items.
PLACING AN ORDER
How do I use my coupon code?
Once you have added the products to your cart, proceed to Checkout, paste the coupon code into the “Gift card or discount code” field, and click “Apply” to redeem your discount.
Why doesn’t my coupon code work?
Please ensure the following:
  • Accuracy: Enter the code exactly as displayed, including uppercase, lowercase, and numbers.
  • Validity: Check that the promotion has not expired.
  • Product Eligibility: Ensure that the products in your cart qualify under the promotion’s terms.
  • If you continue to experience issues, please contact Customer Service.
Can I modify my order?
Yes, modifications are possible:
  • You can change the shipping address if your order hasn’t been shipped.
  • You may request changes related to the color, size, or even add new items within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • To request modifications, please contact us at support@lacynighty.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, it is processed immediately to minimize manufacturing time. You can cancel your order free of charge if requested within 24 hours of placement.
  • Contact us at support@lacynighty.com to request a cancellation.
  • If the cancellation is processed within 24 hours, you won’t be charged. If payment was already processed, a full refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours, on weekends, or after shipment will not be accepted, and the full amount will be charged.
STATUS OF THE EXISTING ORDER
Will you let me know the status of my order?
Yes, we provide updates via email at key stages—when your order is received, dispatched, returned, or if there are any changes.
I have not received an email confirmation or tracking link. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If you still cannot locate the email, contact us at support@lacynighty.com for assistance.
What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?
While nearly all our parcels are delivered safely and on time, if your order does not arrive, please contact our Customer Service team for support.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Thank you for shopping with us at Lacy Nighty. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We offer a 30-Day Return Policy: you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same pristine condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lacynighty.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@lacynighty.com. We will promptly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify it.
What items are non-returnable?
The following items cannot be returned:
  • Sex toys (unless there is a functional defect from the manufacturer)
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Items that have been used, especially personal items
  • Discounted items, including products purchased as part of a combo deal
  • Latex Products: Due to their delicate and stretchy nature, these items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Bikini and Underwear: For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale items and gift cards
We recommend reviewing our size chart carefully before placing your order to ensure the correct size selection.
What is the European Union Cooling Off Period?
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling off period during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification. The same return conditions apply as mentioned above, including that the item remains in pristine condition with all tags and original packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.
What is your refund process?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, kindly contact us at support@lacynighty.com for further assistance.
